Can I change my negative outlook?

A negative outlook on life often leads to a negative experience and subsequent negative emotions which can prevent you from putting the experience behind you and getting on with the rest of your life. Although you can’t control what happens in your life, you can control how you react to it and how it makes you feel. By learning how to deal with change effectively, this will help you to become happier, more successful and support you in achieving your goals.
