The physical body is our home, the tool that is ours to use in this life. It works incredibly hard, and has enormous capacity for self-healing, but all sorts of things interfere with that ability: negative emotions, electro-magnetic smog and nutrient-poor diets for a start.

The first thing to recognise is that symptoms are great! They are the body’s way of telling us that it needs some attention and they even tell us where to look. The clues to our healing lie in the symptoms that we present with: our job is to read them accurately and find the most appropriate way to correct the underlying imbalance.

Kinseology

Kinesiology also known as Human Kinetics, is the science of human movement. It focuses on how the body functions and moves. A kinesiological approach applies scientific based medical principles towards the analysis, preservation and enhancement of human movement in all settings and populations.

Chakra balance

  • often feel ‘out of sorts’
  • are lacking in energy, confused or unfocussed
  • are just fed-up for no apparent reason


The Chakras are energy centres that connect us to the Universal Energy Field and energise the different parts of our being. We feel great when the energy flows smoothly: in tune with ourselves and our surroundings and in harmony with our goals. When we don’t, there is often a blockage or disruption of the energy flow at the root of it.

Your physical body is surrounded by the energy bodies, or aura. When these are aligned in harmony the energy flows smoothly between them and you feel great – buoyant, robust and full of life. When your aura is weakened you can feel sluggish, vulnerable or dis-empowered.
I use kinesiology muscle-testing to measure the strength of the aura and see how to restore your healthy energy flow.

  • getting stuck in destructive relationships
  • struggling to let go and move on 

Then your body has established a pattern of behaviour that was needed to help you cope with life. These patterns might relate to a specific set of experiences or just be about the people and places that grew up with.

Either way, we might be ready to move on but find ourselves stuck because the energy pattern is firmly in place and keeps us trapped there. Good news- therapy isn't the only way! Often these patterns are released very simply with the right vibrational essence, picked out by you body through muscle-testing

What wll health Kinesiology do for me?

Kinesiology 2  IBS, depression, food allergies, eczema and low self-esteem are just a few of the complaints that have seen massive improvement through Health Kinesiology. How can it be effective in such a wide range of disorders?

The answer is that it does so by ‘talking to the body'. By monitoring the body's response to any potential stressor - whether a thought, a food substance or an electro-magnetic field - the therapist can find out where the problem areas are and identify what is needed to put them right.


What does treatment involve?

Common forms of treatment include the use of magnets, essential oils, flower essences, or a particular thought or memory. Most clients find the session a relaxing and enjoyable experience, although they may be a little mystified as to how such unusual treatments can leave them feeling so much better!

Even if we are fortunate enough to have a strong idea of who we are and where we are going, it’s all too easy to get knocked off-course by events or by other people! This workshop will teach you some simple techniques to help you get and stay centred. It will give you an introduction to kinesiology – the art of muscle-testing – itself rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

What is kinesiology

Kinesiology can be described as the study of muscles and how the body moves, though it is also more of a diagnostic therapy, the Kinesiology Federation gives the following description.

'Kinesiology, literally the study of body movement, is a holistic approach to balancing the movement and interaction of a person's energy systems. Gentle assessment of muscle response monitors those areas where blocks and imbalances are impairing physical, emotional or energetic well -being. The same method can identify factors that may be contributing to such imbalances. The body's natural healing responses are stimulated by attention to reflex and acupressure points, and by use of specific body movements and nutritional support. These can lead to increased physical and mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.'
